Refund policy

Return Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy,

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, merchandise must be delivered back by the 30th day from the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return,

 In order to be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, & all tags must be attached in unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed (This includes pet hair, body odor and makeup stains) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

you can contact us at soyenkantadora@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted considering the above described, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In order to receive a 


Exceptions / non-returnable items: 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at soyenkantadora@hotmail.com.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds can take around 2-3 weeks to process once the package is delivered.

Please Note:

Any original shipping fees are non-refundable                                                                                                                                   All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Soy EnKantadora. Items returned that do not meet the described above requirements will not be issued a refund and the customer will be responsible for postage back. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up in a timely manner to ensure the return arrives to us before the grace period expires.
